Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026.
HLS Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, operates Adigy. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit adigy.ai, create an account, connect an Amazon Ads account, or use Adigy’s advertising-management software.
Information we collect
We collect account information such as name, email address, login and support information, billing information handled by our payment providers, and usage information such as browser, device, IP address, pages viewed, and product interactions.
When you connect an advertising account through the official Login with Amazon flow, we process the account and advertising data needed to provide the service. This can include book listings, campaigns, targets, bids, budgets, placements, search terms, advertising performance, and synced royalty information.
How we use information
We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and support Adigy; process subscriptions; show advertising-adjusted royalty and net-profit reporting; improve the service; communicate about an account; prevent misuse; and meet legal obligations.
Adigy uses a customer’s advertising-platform data only to provide the service to that customer. We do not sell it, pool it for the benefit of other customers, or use it for third-party disclosure, competitive benchmarking, or product development where platform rules prohibit that use.
Service providers and sharing
We use service providers to host and operate Adigy, process payments, send email, provide support, measure website use, and operate referral attribution. We host customer data on Amazon Web Services infrastructure. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a corporate transaction.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use strictly necessary technologies to operate the website and service. Where required, you can choose whether to allow website insights, which help us understand which pages are useful, and partner referrals, which help us give credit to the partners who introduced new clients. You can change your preferences at any time using the Privacy choices control in the site footer.
If you allow website insights, we use PostHog to record page visits and interactions. For up to 30 days, a first-party cookie shared with app.adigy.ai can hold a pseudonymous analytics ID, referral source, and landing-page path. If you complete signup during that period while website insights remain enabled, we record the signup completion with that source and landing page. This event does not include your name, email address, or account ID. Turning off website insights removes the attribution cookie and stops further analytics capture.
Retention, security, and international transfers
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. After a subscription ends, we delete or return personal information on request as described in our Terms, subject to lawful retention requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
Adigy is based in the United States and may process information there and in other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing of, or receive a portable copy of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact support@adigy.ai.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will publish the updated version here and revise the date above.
